water on top of valve=bad?
ok i had a leaky intake gasket that meets up with the head and water got into the valves. How do i get the water out with out taking the head off or what else do i have to do to get rid of the water.

pull the plugs and crank it over. It shoots the water out of the cylinder plug holes.
That's the basic way to clear a hydrolocked engine.

well its a rebuilt engine never started yet..lol just was doing final filling up of fluids and noticed the leak and had to tear back into it. when i removed the lower intake i noticed water coming out of head where the valves are. I dont have spark plugs in and when i crank no water comes out of the holes. So im just making sure that water ontop of the valves arnt that bad

also is there suppose to be a gasket on the pipe that connects to the bottom of the bottom intake? I got one that came with the intake gaskets but it doesnt match up right. Someone told me its suppose to be a o ring also. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
