water/coolant leak coming from the back of motor?
I have a coolaNt/water leak coming from the rear of the motor, it seams to be on the passenger side.when idleing I don't notice any leaking , but once I give it some throttle it leaks.this is on a 94 toyota pickup v6 4x4. Anyone had any experience with this or know where this leak could be from?

There is a coolant manifold back there with a couple lines.....right on the back of the lower intake....or more likely....external head gasket leak.
Get a "mirror on a stick" and look around behind the heads..

check the j or u shaped hose that goes from the bypass tube to the water block. #16267.
seal between water block could have gone bad,
water bypass tube may have a pin hole somewhere.

That's exactlly where its leaking from, but its not the hose that's leaking, its the plastic tube that the j looking hose is connected to. Does anyone know what that piece is called and where goes, I tried to follow it with my finger but it curves under the intake mani. Also can at get that piece from autozone or do I have to get it from the dealership?

Just to clarify is it the tube I have circled in red.

If so the whole water bypass tube will have to be replaced, which requires removal of the lower intake manifold. The bypass tube is actually made of metal.
Is called
Pipe, Water-Bypass #1
pt#16268-65011
approx 60 dollars thru toyota.

Damn my local dealership wants $89 for that part then it has to be ordered. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to remove the intake manifold to replace this park, or know of a write up on how to remove it. I need to get a manuel but I'm broke

Check some of the online stores and you might be able to save a few bucks. Removal of the upper/lower intake looks more daunting than it really is. The hardest part is getting started.
