If you're having trouble tracing the metal vac line array here is a hint, I use a small screwdriver and drag it along the one I'm following, you can put small scratchs in the metal or dust so you can locate it again easily after moving around the obstructions. For a permanent solution you can scribe or color-code them.
There two vacuum valves in the EGR system.
The first one between the intake manifold and modulator is electronic control. The first one is easily identified by the use of the one-way/check valve between it and in intake.
The second is between the modulator output and the EGR valve, and it's temperature controlled. The second is screwed into the block (BVSV) at the foremost part.
Not sure where exactly your radiator hoses run on that year, mine hide the BVSV.
There should be a flat diagram, other than these part location ones, that are a lot easier to follow.

No its 95 3vze and the diagram is to hard to read. I need to know which vsv goes to the egr valve and which vsv goes to the fuel rail. There are 3 vsv's a green blue and a brown.
