Vacuum Hose connections to Throttle Body

I'm having some issues with the vacuum hoses on my 1990 4Runner, specifically connecting them to the throttle body. I've checked various repair manuals (Haynes, online, autozone, etc.) and can't seem to find the hose diagram that matches my vehicle. The diagrams I have found have 3 connections on the throttle body mine has 4. The hose coming from behind the engine that connects at the exhaust manifold should connect to the throttle body, but I can not find a place to connect it to. I've attached pics of the throttle body to see if anyone can provide any info on how the hoses should be connected, if I'm missing any parts, etc.

Thanks!
