Vaccumm Hoses Missing?

Can anyone tell me where this is suppose to connect to?

someone bypassed the metal line and put in a long vac hose directly to the egr modulator. It should be fine. Just make sure both are hooked up correctly

Is that hose the fat one above the metal lines running across parallel to them?
