well torn down my 87 turbo runner,from front suspension,front and rear diff for lock right and supra lsd, brakes, engine, fuel system.the heart will be a new 16g turbo with haltech sprint500,walbro pump,750cc inj and water/meth inj cause it have a/c and there is no place for an intercooler. will mode the distributor so it can run on sequential inj firing and waste spark with eclipse coils and igniter.i have made 360hp on mitsu 2.4 galant engine on 20 psi with this turbo and ridiculous spool,will need it cause the truck is autotrans.will post pics when i start to receive the parts.

You'll need a good headgasket and studs. And you'll want to get away from the oem exhaust mani.

You can fit a intercooler from a volvo infront of the radiator if you'd rather do that...

thanks for the link! i have tune turbo cars of all kind for living since 1993 and in special toyota 3tc,i have run over 500hp at 38psi-8700rpm on a felpro gasket with studs,stock rods and mazda b2000 chinesse pistons on many cars as a mule test,the limit was the rods throwing it away after 30 pass!!!! i have seen 400hp 3tc blowing a cooper gasket!! its all in the tuning department,im only going to run less than 20psi or no more than 300hp.about the manifold,yea mine is already crack and welded and doesnt have the best flow of the world but im running out of cash in this project.i can do a manifold later i just want to ride it since i buy it with a corroded gas tank and never heard it running.
