Does anyone out there have a reliable vendor for Turbo Radiators for the 86 and 87 4runner and pickup with automatic my last vendor quit listing it and went to those crappy plastic ones. Any help would be great

radiatorbarn.com - you need to get the right radiator size (core) for your application. The auto I believe has two spots at the bottom for the radiator cooler so it needs to have those too. I think the 1988.5 V6 radiator is probably ideal as it's 3 core. The turbo return line - don't pay extra for it, you can use a normal pipe fitting brazed on to the upper tank (any radiator shop).

Call radiatorbarn to confirm if this confuses you.

I hate plastic tank radiators too, but I specifically ordered one for my supercharged 3.4 for one reason, they have an aluminum core. IMHO the single aluminum core will out-cool a 3 core copper/brass radiator (I needed max cooling running 10 psi of boost). It will probably start leaking from those dang plastic/aluminum joints sooner than the copper/brass corrodes and gets holes in it but that's the price I pay to play.

Here's mine:

x2 for radiator barn.

I just had to replace the radiator in my Impala SS. Price was EXCEPTIONAL, quality looked good, fit and finish were terrific. (although it was aluminum core, plastic tank - just like OEM)
