Question Trying to locate the circuit opening relay

93 4-runner, 3.0- I'm trying to locate the circuit opening relay, droped the glove box and pulled the passenger side kick panel and removed the ECM (Info given in my chiltons manual)but still could not locate the relay , does the dash need to be removed? any help in locating and removing this relay would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It's up high behind the heat duct almost. I don't remember if you need to pull apart the dash to get to it though.
