Truck pulls to right... even after alignment and new brakes.

For starters... Its a 94 Toyota Reg. Cab 4wd. It all started with a PO who had 31" Thornbirds on 10" wide steel wheels. The front end was worn but driveable. I got some 8" wide aluminums and all terrain tires now. I really love my truck and plan on keeping it for a long time, so I've been repairing issues (thanks to info on yotatech) that need attention. I replaced the control arm bushings, ball joints, and every piece of the steering linkage. BJ spacers were installed. I also replaced front rotors, calipers, and repacked wheel bearings since she was tore down. The alignment can bolts and torsion bar bolts were replaced with new Toyota parts due to being seized up. I took it to the alignment shop (Toyota dealer) and this is what I was given. Truck pulls to right. I've been studying what this SAI and Included Angle are. Its way out of spec on the left side. I don't know if I bent something doing the work, but I can't find it if I did. Any suggestions on what this sheet means?

i'm no alignment expert, i don't like doing them and i only do them because its part of the job. that being said, i've always been told cross caster of .5 or more will pull, and you're at .4. they could have done a better job of getting that closer. i never remember if it will pull to the side with the highest or lowest reading on caster. have you tried rotating your tires?

Yep. I rotated them with no luck. Still drifts to the right. I am more confused about the SAI being so far off from one side to the other. I'm no alignment expert at all, but that makes me think bent parts. Ive been crawling under it with a tape measure comparing side to side bit haven't located anything off yet. Gonna look more tomorrow.

the old guys tell me not to worry about the sai, and its always in the "red" when everything else is good. i don't think that has anything to do with your pull, but i could be wrong. i think if they got your cross caster and cross camber closer to zero, then you should be good. the dealership may not be the best place to have an alignment done. the majority of those guys are fresh out of school, and simple toe jobs are the extent of what they can handle. a good independent tire shop with an older looking guy is gonna be where you can get an accurate alignment and or an accurate diagnosis as to why your truck can't achieve an accurate alignment.

Steering axis inclination directly effects turning effort, and if they don't match L-R it will definitely cause pulling to one side or the other. SAI is not adjustable, so your truck has been in a wreck bending the anchor points.

A google search will turn up a few good explanations:

Gonna sound crazy but you can adjust your front wheel bearings. If one side is too tight perhaps it could make it pull

That's what I thought. I have rechecked wheel bearings and they check out good. I also swapped the right side brake caliper again to be sure it wasn't the brakes either. The truck didn't pull before I did all the front end work
It just squeaked and creaked and the ball joints were in bad shape. I don't like noises and with 170000 on it and the previous owner I knew it would be good to replace.

i would do the alignment again, and get the specs closer to the middle of each range.
