You need an a340h transmission the bolt patterns will be different on the bell housing from the 4cyl to 6 plus the computer will probably be different.

If you want to go manual with a 3.0 V6 you needs an R150f

What type of feather springs should I get?

I have a 1995 4runner and I am looking to lift it about 6" and I've heard that you can just put a different type of trucks feather springs on yours to lift it more?

Not to get 6" of lift. 63" Chevy leaf spring swap gives you maybe 2-3" lift. It's not a good idea to run lift blocks for off-roading or really in general at all so you will have to buy custom springs for that

95 4Runner has coil springs in the rear. So it's not a straight swap to use leaf springs from another truck(of any type). So no...you can't "just put them on yours to lift it more".

And 6" of suspension lift in the front would be pretty radical. And not necessarily in a good way I might add. Might be a little more sensible with 2"-3" body lift and 3"-4" bracket lift.
