Transmission fluid, direction of flow?

Did a bunch of projects and kept pretty good tract of everything, now I have to hook the transmission lines to the new radiator and I find myself confused as which line goes on which side of the radiator. The lines from the transmission both look the same, I know which one is the supply and which is the return. Does it matter which side of the radiator they go on?

Is there a an in and out, proper direction of flow, does it make any difference?

93 Toyota pickup V6 auto. Thanks Jim
