Trans.dipstick connection

What do I use to seal the top tube to the bottom tube for an auto trans. dipstick?I just did my solenoids and this is my last issue.Thanks in advance.

there is an oring in there if I am getting what you are saying.

Yep, just an o-ring. I have a different part number though, for my '94 pickup with 22RE engine and A340F transmission, the o-ring part number is...
