Toyota starts, stalls quickly. But it will run the second time

I have a 22re and after driving for a bit, I can shut it off for a few minutes and then when I try to start it again it will start, pick up 950rpm and then stall quickly. If I try it again it will start and run. I've replaced my fuel pump, strainer, filter, the cold start valve, and the switch for the cold start valve. I've also done plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Before I thought my cold start valve was flooding the engine because it would randomly stall out when I was driving, i was getting bad gas mileage and the rpms would fluctuate dramatically when I was idling until I unplugged it and it hasn't done it since. I have also replaced the tps and maf sensors. I think it could be the cold start valve again. I drove it and then looked in my intake and it looks wet, but I don't see how it could be because I already replaced the switch and valve. I had it unplugged before I got the new switch and valve.
