Angry Tire wear issue..Please help

I just got myself a 94 extra cab 4x4 two days ago. The truck has a 6-inch lift and 33-inch wild country tires on it. The problem is that the truck pulls to the left at around 60-mph and the passenger side tire is wearing very weird, the outside half of the tire is wearing out very fast and the inside edge of the tire still has a lot of tread on it. All the other tires on the vehicle are wearing very perfectly. The previous owner had the truck aligned several times trying to correct the problem, but was unable to fix it. Im hopping it is a simple fix that I can resolve before I put new tires on it myself.

Any insight in to this problem or help would great, Thanks everyone.

Definitely sounds like the camber is wrong on that wheel. Either the shop the previous owner took it to didn't know what they were doing, the camber adjustment is maxed out or something is bent on that side. Find a competent alignment shop and get them to look at it. No point in replacing the tire if it's going to wear like the old one.

Big IFS lift=big time leverage on the steering linkage esp. control arm angles. Even a good alignment shop can do only so much with drop bracket lifts. Small offsets in angles are exaggerated with drop lifts. Instead of 4 alignment cams like stock, there are 8 allowing excessive movement and slop. Easy to set up a truck sitting still. Harder with road forces, lift and added leverage complicating the original steering geometry.
The whole front end needs to be thoroghly inspected. How's your idler arm? Bearings? Ball joints? Control arm bushings?

all the bushings look good, the guy i got it from said that from what he has been told its the idler arm thats casing the excessive wear. Im fairly new to the world of 4x4's so i don't know a whole lot. what do you think is causing it to pull to the left severely when i go down the freeway?

Sounds like the right tire top is leaning out and turned in, which is making it push the truck to the left. jack the frame up on the right side to get the tire off the ground and stick a bar or pipe under the tire and try to pick it up, then push and pull on the top if the tire, and turn it left to right, watch for play in any moving parts, pitman arm, tierods, bushings, balljoints. A mechanic should be able to do an alignment to it or be able to tell you what is causing it

I can't open that link but trusses do work well. I don't know which is best. Never had an idler arm of my own.
