timing off a tooth? WITH PICS!

hey guys im setting up my 22r and just did my timing chain, when the crank pulley is at 0 (tdc) the dot on my camgear is not at 12 oclock seems more like 11:55 is it just me being paranoid or am i a tooth off? It spins around fine and i adjusted the valves without any issues.

I RATHER KNOW KNOW BEFORE I PUT THE DAMN THING BACK IN!

its good. its just the slack in the chain because there is no oil pressure keeping the tensioner tight.
