Timing belt kit help

I have a 94 v6 3vze 4wd auto trans that needs new timing belt, water pump, I've found a couple kits but one has an oil cooler and one doesn't, how do I find out if mine needs the kit with the oil cooler?

thanks in advance for any help

Have you looked on both sides of the engine for the oil cooler? Also, you may able to see the oil cooler hose come off your current water pump.

http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...ne/69cylin.pdf page EG 2-97 has the picture of the oil cooler. If you have one, the water pump has an "extra" outlet to go to that cooler. That's why you care. Mine doesn't have one.
