Throttle body water bypass. Where does it go?

I have an '88 4runner with a 22RE

Runs fine and nothing is leaking.

Here's my question, I have the outlet for the water bypass (I THINK THATS WHAT IT IS) on the right side of the throttle body capped off (the one right next to the thermostat housing). There is obviously a hose that is supposed to go there, but I don't have it and I can't figure out where it would go. Is there some kind of intersection fitting that I don't have? If there is, where does it go?

Thank you very much, that solves it.

I guess I'll order a new hose and fitting, I have no idea why that plug is there.
