think I found the issue with the shudder from start.
Hello all just wanted to share what I found in trying to trouble shoot a sever shudder from a stop untill about 5 mph. My innitial assumption was that it was a rear oil seal that was blown, putting oil on the fly wheel and causing the pressure plate to slip a bit before getting up to speed. I needed to change the head gasket as well, so I figured I would just pull the engine do the clutch and oilseal at the same time. Last night in the process of unbolting the engine from the transmission, I think I found the issues. Some numb nuts who had removed the tranny (I have only had the truck for a week) never torqued the transmission to engine bolts. By the time I got to it, there were a few bolts that had completely fallen out, and of the 4 bolts that were left, the two right near the head were only finger tight. I am pretty sure that is what was causing the bouncing from a standstill. Ill update everyone once I get everything back together.

I hope you decided to separate the engine from the trans anyways to eliminate any possibility of wear on the input shaft, pilot bearing, clutch springs and pressure plate.
