Are these stock rear leaf spring packs?

Last night while installing a toytech 1" lift block kit on my 1993 pickup I ran into a snag. The u-bolts provided were only wide enough to fit over the spring pack itself and not that "clamp" type assembly going over it. I heated and re-bent the u-bolts and was able to finish the install. However after talking to toytech he said he had never heard of that clamp around the spring and said I may have different springs. I would still recommend toytech as the tech guy I talked to was very helpful and followed up to see if I was able to finish my install.

Anyway here is what I've got (block installed)
Is this a stock setup? (aside from the block)

looks stock

AFAIK that clamp was used on some 2WDs - but I'm not as familiar with the 89+ trucks.

It was an "isolation" clamp used on the shorter WB trucks for reduced NVH....
I thought it was supposed to have some rubber parts in there too....

The block goes under the "clamp" not in it I'm pretty sure...

Interesting. That would make sense as to what ewong said as norcalsvx's is an extended cab. Oh if I was to place the block under the clamp assembly I would have had to drill out the hole in the block much larger. The hole in it from toytech is for the spring pack bolt to fit directly in it, not the clamp "knotch" or whatever it's called. Thanks for the input.

Strange, I don't have a pic of that angle of my truck; I thought I did, lol. My 91 doesn't have those clamps either... I don't believe anyway... it's been a while since I've climbed under the back end...

Oops didn't ready the original post well.

YES that is the oem isolator clamp system. You can remove it as long as the bump stop can clamp by the u-bolts and not the isolator clamps.

Well I've learned something new. Yeah I could remove the clamp but that would involve getting new u-bolt plates as the holes are too far apart. Seems to be working out fine now with my widened u-bolts. I had no idea there was a difference in the extended cab and standard cab springs until now.
