are there wiring differences between...

Is there a difference between the electrical connectors that are on the transmission of a 92 4runner and a 95 4runner? poop hit the fan about an hour ago and i'm in a time crunch and need to know if i can do a straight swap without having to splice in new tips and whatnot.
my google-fu seems to be lacking greatly today.... any help is greatly appreciated

Red face

It never fails My luck they would be different .

Without both side by side no real way to know unless you had both EWD`s then you would already know.

I am not sure if the 92 transmission is an electrical driven speedometer or not. I think the 92 is. Plugs should be the same. As far as each harness in the 84-88 trucks, the wiring is all different in some ways. I am sure Toyota did the same for the 89-95 modles. Transmissions should swap as long as both have electric driven speedometers. I dont think it is possible to convert one from mechanical to electrical or I have never tried to anyways.
