Is there a fuse for the windshield fluid pump?
I have a 1992 Pickup with a 22re. The windshield wipers won't "mist". I took off the reservoir and the wiring seems fine.. but the pump doesn't sound like it's coming on at all.
The pump is less than a year old, but installed by the previous owner so I can't get a free replacement. I figure it's either a bad pump or an electrical problem.. so I was hoping for a fuse, but I can't find one. I replaced the "wiper" fuse in the cab fuse box, but I'm pretty sure that's just for the wiper motors.
Is there anything else to do besides go buy the part and see if that'll fix it?

Remove the pump and put 12 volts directly to it (read: carefully hook it directly to your battery). If it works, its the wiring/electrical, if not its the pump. Wiper fuse includes the pump.

The 20amp "wiper" fuse is for both the wipers and the pump motor. check the pump as described above. Also put a multimeter to the wires with the pump switch on to make sure you are getting voltage out to the pump.
