So I have a 94 22re pickup 4x4 i have the stock 15x7 wheels with the 225 tires the tires are almost gone and a guy I work with offered me 4 15x10.5 centerline wheels wrapped with 33" Yoko Geolanders with 85% tread and also a rear add a leaf all for $400 he said he bought it all and has sit on it ever since and never put it on because his truck needed other things and he forgot about it now his truck has almost 300,000 miles and he just uses it as a daily driver. is this a good deal and would cranking the torsions and adding the leaf be enough to clear the 33's? And would I need to look at re gearing in the future to be able to turn those tires? any help on this would be great

Sounds like a good deal. I say go for it. You can clear them with minimal rubbing.

Sounds like a sweet deal. You should look for some BJ spacers for the front. but i think with some minimal trimming( and torsion crank) you might be able to fit. my old 94 4runner fit 32in easy (with a downey leveling springs).

Hey thanks for the replies so far guys I think I'm going to go ahead and do it I just don't want to fork out alot to do things to make them fit I'm going to ask the guy if they are 12.50's or 10.50's when I searched it seemed like most guys said the 10.50's would be alot easier to fit

$400 for that tire/wheel combination is a great deal. Do a little searching on lifting your truck though. From my experience on my old '86 4Runner, cranking the torsion bars made for a rough ride. As mentioned before, BJ spacers will help. You may need to do some mild trimming. Most of your rubbing will probably be on the rear of your front wheel well. AAL in back should be good though when you hit a good bump it may rub.
Keep in mind too that you will loose power going from a 225 to the 33's. Down the road you may consider regearing to 4.88's to help regain power and gas mileage..

just be sure the wheels are in good condition with no damage. kinda hard to believe you'd buy a set of wheels and tires like that and just forget about them.
