I'm guessing is what you're talking about?

The kit I linked would be the best one. It looks like it also comes with a diff drop. And all the kits on their website have rear blocks. I personally would prefer add a leaf over lift blocks.

yeah some come with blocks but I noticed if you click on the lift and scroll down some of them come with the add a leafs one of the ones I looked at didn't say/show the add-a-leafs till I clicked on it . they say like 3" front and 2.5" in rear . would this lift with the ball joint spacers work ok ? my truck will be used mostly for trails some a little ruff and maybe a little mud would this work good ? or would I just be looking at major problems ? my son is also thinking of using there a lift for his 95 4runner too.

It's a great budget lift for the ifs set up. Most people like to add the spacers and relieve the torsion bar so it's back at stock height. This will give you added travel without added lift. It can be used to lift as well though. It will put excess wear on your cvs however if you do not have manual hubs. keep in mind that in order to install the ball joint spacers, you will need to cut a portion out of the upper control arm. All in all, it's a great option for a cheap lift. Would like to hear how it works for you if you decide to go with it!

This should help with some of your questions. I have had BJ spacers for a couple years now, with very few issues. I had to replace control arm bushings and got torn cv boots, but this was after hard off-roading.
