Sunroof leaking

Someone told me there were some holes that need to be blown out with a compressor but I cant find any.

It doesnt drip when its raining but after a heavy rain when I start driving and I come to a stop water pours out of the sunroof and the front passenger side by the windshield.

Will CarQuest have the seals or do I have to go to Toyota?

I have had this happen on 2 vehicles, 87 Celica GTS and my 01 LS. There are 2 hoses that run down by the windshield. Sometimes they do come off the tip. Take the molding off and have a look-n-see what you have in there. I have not had my 4Runner apart to know what's in there. With my Lincoln I had to zip tie the hose back on to the drain, they some how pulled it off when I had my windshield replaced.
