Cool Starting problems when warm.

Hey guys I've been having a problem with my 4runner starting when its warm. I have replaced the temp. sensor on the manifold, the cold start injector and re adjusted the tps. My mechanic just rebuilt the cylinder head with LC engineering parts and re adjusted the timing. I have new plugs fuel filter plug wires cap and rotor ect. I had this problem before and after the head rebuild. Its a 22re in a 1992 4runner with LC engineering header bored out throttle body teflon gaskets cam 1mm bigger valves rocker shaft and all the other components to the head came from them as well. When it was assembled my mechanic had the head ported and polished and the intake runners port matched. The motor is now much more powerful I just wish it would start on the first try when warm instead of me cranking it three or four times before it starts. Any information would be appreciated.

Cool

How do I tell if the coil is bad? It starts fine when cold and sometimes it starts right up when warm. But most of the time when warm it has trouble starting.

When you replaced the temp sensor and csi switch did you do it with the updated parts as per the TSB?

The csi came from LC engineering and the temp sensor was from the auto parts store.

I have the TSB in a pdf...not sure how to post it...but there are updated part#s for the CSI time switch and the temp switch #2...which is on the t-stat housing.

The tsb is supposed to fix heat soak start issues.

Hey this is kind of late but I am having the same problem. My guesses were the ECT sensor, cold start injector and the wire between the battery and starter. It's getting spark and fuel, only does it when its warmed up or in the heat. It starts right up in the morning but then cranks and cranks when warm. The coil and the igniter check out. . .Any ideas?
