Starting issue

Hey guys, my 87 4runner 22re doesnt like starting anymore

Last week i redid the starter, cleaned up the 12v line to the starter, changed the contacts, new pluger. After that it started fine. Then i didnt touch the truck for 3 days, get in and the battery is low... so i keep trying to start it all i get is a click, again...click. so i roll down the driveway drop it into first and then it turns over and starts. Any idea what could be happening? i though i solved the problem with the starter contacts and plunger... now this

Thanks guys

i am having a starting issue, and read your post. regrettably I do not have any real help, but rather a question, what is the plunger?
my truck won't crank when it is parked on a hill pointing up, but only then.

get the battery load tested and test your truck for load draw.

have a well charged battery and check the amperes drawn from the battery when the key is off.
