speedometer recalibration

has anyone used the speedometer recalibraters that summit sells made by Jet performance or superlift suspension? i just changed out the 3rd member in my truck and the speedo is way off now (reading too fast). and im not going to fork out the cash for a set of new 32's. im hoping these are worth the money.

their kit is for the electrical speedo, not the cable driven, correct? if you have a cable, then i dont THINK its going to work, cuz to change the reading with a cable speedo, there are gears in the tranny/xfer case, whereever you hook up that end of the cable, real tiny, very precise gears. if i remember correctly, larger gears show a slower reading, smaller gears show a faster reading.
