Sparco Seats in a 88 4runner
im going to buy these sparco seats for my truck but they dont come with tracks. is there any way i can adapt the aftermarket seats into the stock tracks or will i have to buy sparco's seat tracks and mount them myself? Is there any way i can make seat mounts?

in my opinion, call a UK Toyota dealer or Mexico or Japan and order the factory Recaro seats. just as good as Sparco, and Recaro was factory.
just my 2 cents.
just my 2 cents.

well then go to www.hiluxsurf.co.uk and look around there for some. since they came factory, being Recaro does not mean as much to them as it does to us.

nice job guys throwing up info that had nothing to do with the OP's original post. Shipping on a set of seats from the UK to Canada, should be as much as the seats.
Anyway to the OP-yes you should be able to adapt your original sliders to the sparco seats. It may require that you have a tab welded to your stock sliders to allow the Sparco holes to match up. Be very sure of your measurements. At least that way you are not drilling holes into your floor pan. I bolted a seat of Acura seats in my '81 using two of the original mounting holes, making one bracket and drilling 2 holes and stacking some washers.

i was meerly giving the OP a factory option to save any custom work to the seats. and if you notice that i said other places such as MEXICO for buying the Recaro seats. No need to be a jerk about it.
