Slamming hard, new shocks, removed bump stops, now what?

So, new shocks with the 4" Rough Country lift are being used, not sure if they are doing the job but the truck is slamming down on the back roads and even on bad pavement. Removed lower bump stops to see if that would made a difference and it did some. Have to put them back in but considering "low pro" bump stops. If these shocks arent going to cut it should I go with dual shocks, coil over shocks, and or add a bump stop shock. Have to replace steering stabilizer too, truck wants to zig zag bad.

The slam bam happens even going somewhat slow and not hauling anything.

Sounds like a t-bar issue, not a shock issue.. have you tied stiffening your torsion bars?

Stiffening the torsion bars would just lift it more wouldnt it? I know thats how IFS suspension works, but you cant really tighten it without the front end lifting can you?

This is correct, but if they are too loose to begin with, this could perhaps solve the issue.

Ill check it out. Otherwise, swapped to the 265 Grabber's and the sterring problem is alot better but noticed one wheel was way off camber, put bump stops back on while swapping tires and running the smaller tires seems to have helped the suspension side of things. With check out the T-bars as well.

Yeah, itll lift it, but it stiffens it, its a compromise.. you can always get thicker tbars if needed, or possibly try another set off a junkyard truck, since yours just may be shot.. stock, if i recall, the a-arms should have a slight angle, almost parallell to the ground, but with a bit more angle..
