Exclamation Shacking between 50-65

hey recently i have been having a problem with my truck shaking on the highway, have no idea wat it can be, if you have any ideas please let me know here what happens:
Only between 50-65
Only when in gear and foot on gas
When in neutral or coasting it doesnt do it

Truck is a 91 3vze 4wd 5spd ext cab has 4" suspension lift and 33" tires

2 words for ya... One is u-joints... The other is cvjoints.....check them for slop

Question

im not in 4wheel drive would it still be the cv joints?

Not likely... U would here a noise coming from the cvs... Kinda like a clicking.... I would then check u joints....

thanks ill check them maybe they just have to be greased been doing alot of highway driving recently n dont remember the last time i greased the underneath, thanks for your input

Just letting ya know greasing them won't help... Gotta change em

yeah man, they are like 10$ for a new one. go to advance auto or autozone they usually have em in stock and they are all the same part number for the front and rear shaft.

Thanks for your help, it was def the u-joint, replaced it over the weekend, this looked like someone was chewing on it

could be alot of things but i would check to make sure wheels are balanced properly since you say it only occurs at a certain speed which is a symptom of bad wheel/tire balance, also least expensive to check first....G
