rust and rot frame

hello
1992 toyota pickup 22re 2wd Pennsylvania
i paid 1.9k for this truck but not knowing how much worse until i hit it with a hammer and found more than i expected, it is my first truck, now is toyota still replacing frame as part of recall or only to 95-00 tacomas?
i have welded patch 1/8 steel plate on some area of the frame, but it still too many rust hole
PO also welded some steel plate but they were rotted out and crack, i had to fix that by cutting PO steel plate and welding new plate in
problem area is around rear leaf spring mount bracket the most

4 shocks
ebay Headgasket timing chain tensioner kit
head bolts
all fluids
wiper blade
added tachometer
headlights
front brake caliper
spark plug and ignition wire
welded new glass pack muffler
spent a $grand on part

Not on something that old .

That was not a Dana Corp Frame.

That is normal for that year.

I fixed quite a few of those funny how it turns into a project.

How are the fuel and Brake lines??

Just where in Pa are you???

Yes indeed in the area south of 276

Good luck with your project.

I have found paint that seals the metal is a good help after the repairs.
