Running without a belt

1991 22RE. My air conditioning belt broke off. It runs straight off the main shaft without any other accessories on that belt. I shouldn't run into any problems running without it, right? I just won't have air conditioning, which given current air temperature is not an issue. Am I thinking straight? If anyone is aware of any possible damage I could inflict by doing this, let me know.

Should be fine just make sure the tensioner part can't unscrew its self and fall off while you are driving it.

You will be just fine.
I am currently in the same boat only difference is I don't have power steering either.
But that is due to a noisy idler pulley that i will soon be putting back on.

By the way does anyone know the order the pulley goes in??
I was too lazy to take pictures and forgot the order, there is 1 flat washer, 1 lock washer, a nut, and which way does the pulley go?

I heard the defroster uses the A/C compressor to remove the moisture out of the air. I'm not sure if there's anything to that, but maybe the defroster won't work as well.
