Rough idle, dieing

Rough idle, dieing
93 V6 3.0
Just replaced valve cover gaskets. Upon reinstall of components, I hooked the fuel line up to the wrong port on the plenum putting large amounts of fuel in the intake and coming out of the tailpipe. After correcting the hose issue the truck began to clear itself and ran pretty good for about 20 minutes.
When we tried a road test, the truck began to misfire and stall with no power. It always restarted but ran really rough.
Any ideas of what to check?
O2 sensors maybe. Would they be damaged that quickly? Or was the fuel mixture in the tailpipe too rich causing this condition.
What about the CAT?
Any my help would be appreciated.
