Rebuilt 22RE idle and O2 sensor issues.
After getting my 22RE rebuilt, it seemed to run great at first, but now the idle is all screwy. After a short drive, I noticed the problem, so I brought it back home, and the idle was sitting at around 1100 RPM, so I adjusted the idle screw down to around 750.
The problem I am having is the idle surges at times, and often when I pull up to a light, it will remain high, unless I tap the gas pedal to get it to jump, then lower down to where it should be.
What is the proper sequence for all of the throttle body adjustmant screws?
Also, I do not have the O2 sensor hooked up, as the prev. owner had it un plugged and the plug layed against the exhaust and melted enough to distort it. WHat O2 sensor shoud I run in this? Its a '94 22RE.
