Rear Window Help...

I have a 92 Runner..... My rear window is off track and this might be a really dumb question but how do I remove the tailgate interior panel?? Heard to lift up from the bottom but no luck. Any hidden screws I need to know about? Please help me! Its winter and I live in Co...its effin cold LOL
