So both rear passenger door windows have come off the lower guide because the vertical guide rubber is old and cracking causing the glass to bind when the window goes down.

Regardless, Toyota dealership can't find ANYTHING in the system for this.

Does anyone know where to find the rubber, or the whole guide assembly for the vertical tracks on the 2nd Gen?

I have actually NEVER bought anything from the dealership in the way of parts.

You could have just been blown off it happens lazy parts people.

I had to train mine now I call and say I need this .

They have to work to look up parts that old.

Have you checked the online Toyota parts dealers??

Since I did not have your VIN I looked up for my 92 4Runner which should be the same and found the parts you need.

They are not cheap !!
