Rear Differential Flush

Over the past 2 days i have driven through my creek and the water comes up about half way or more to up the tire. And i was wondering if my rear differential needed to be flushed or not?...just thought about this last night after i saw a post where someone had put an extension breather on.
And i plan on doing the same here shorly.

Also if i do need to flush it out, how do i do so???

Thanks

probably not a major concern if you only went as deep as you said, as the breather vent is on the top of the hogs head. And to get much in it you need to submerge the axle and let it cool cause it will suck the water in. A beather extension is a good idea and I should actually install mine.

if you are wondering about it better to be safe than sorry. drive it around to warm up the the fluid. drain and refill.

pretty straightforward like infinity said..24mm socket and a drain pan.
let it train for a while. if it is mildly soupy you may have had some water get in. open the plug on the side of the housing first, might drain a little faster.
-reinstall the drain plug on the bottom, fill 90w or your choice (80/140) in the fill hole until it it is even with the bottom of the fill hole>
Made sure it had enough fluid:
