Radio & cig lighter not working, climate control not lighting up
Hey guys, I'm new here. I've been driving my dad's 94 2WD pickup around since I sold my Civic 7 months ago. It's not officially mine, but I drive it everyday and it was just sitting in the driveway rotting away, so I'm just gonna pretend it's mine. It has about 234k miles on the original motor/trans and even clutch I believe. I'm saving up to do some maintenance on it, which I would also like some input on. But I'll get to that later.
The main things bothering me at the moment is the stuff I mentioned in the title. I'm not sure when it happened but the radio, cig lighter, and climate control lights don't work. It's really starting to get annoying not having a radio, even on short drives. I checked the 7.5 amp radio fuse under the dash and it's fine. I don't know what else it can be. Any help would be appreciated.
And any tips on what kind of maintenance I should do would be nice. It seems to drive fine but it sputters a bit at medium rpm when it's cold, not sure what that's about. I'm thinking about doing the basics- oil change, spark plugs & wires, fuel filter, air filter, distributor cap & rotor, and check if the brakes need changing. I'd really like to replace the clutch and resurface the flywheel because it doesn't feel too strong. It's fine for now but I think it will drive a lot better with a new clutch.
Here's a few pics I took really quick just to give you guys an idea of what it looks like. Sorry it's a bit dirty right now. I usually keep it really clean.

That sounds pretty simple, I don't know why I didn't think of that honestly. Sorry if this is kind of a dumb question, but where would the grounds for those be?

As mentioned above, start with a test for power. If no power look to see where the power is failing to flow (broken wire, pinched wire, short). If you have power try adding a temp ground with a wire to some alligator clips if that works, a ground may have come lose somewhere. Look around under the plastics.
Oh yeah, when you go your tune up, you should consider replacing the coolant.
