Quick timing question

Hey all, just dropped in a rebuilt 3VZE in my 4Runner and had a question. After all the timing marks on the crank and cam pulleys are set, how is the dizzy positioned? My 4AGEs have a dimple to align, is it similar here?

The rotor or how do you actually put it in?

There are marks on the gear and shaft. You line those up with the hole that goes in to the head. The rotor should be pointing at the battery (11 oclock when standing at the driver fender).
