Question about brake caliper pistons

All, I'm rebuilding the front calipers on my '91 4wd because a couple pistons in one of them were seized up, and I had to beat the snot out of them to get them out. Each caliper has 4 pistons.

I ordered a couple replacements, and they are just under .1" longer than what came out. If I put them both on the same side of the piston, do you think this size difference will be a problem. I think it will be okay, but I am far from an expert and would like other opinions.

Thanks.

Red face

Did you need to go to oversize pistons after cleaning up the bores of the seized one??

Why are some so much longer boxed wrong??

be better if they were all the same size .

You did get all new pistons Correct??

A tenth of a inch is pretty much but they are your brakes

No, didn't need to go over size. Ordered direct replacements, and this is what I got. I only ordered 2, because all the rest were in fine shape.
