Problem with injectors

I never tried it am guessing they wont work. Might would if you swapped injector harness and maybe ECU but I am not even sure if the harness would connect to the rest of the wiring assemblys.

I'm 99% sure that the C and E injectors are low-resistance (current drive), and the F injectors are high-resistance (voltage drive). ("Fuel Delivery and Injection Control" at www.autoshop101.com)
Which means you'd need a 1989- ECU to drive the injectors, regardless of the connector.
So the answer to your question is "no."

Welll someone put in a 1990 enigne with injectors, and 1990 harness, well I need to go back to a 1986 harness, So Im guessing I will have to use the other injectors, I have 4 injectors from a 1987 truck, that should work with the 1986? Am I right? Thanks.

Why do you need to go back to a 1986 harness if you have a motor, harness and ecu from a 90 truck? You might as well consider the truck a 90 and repair accordingly. What are we missing?

The 1990 harness has problems a lot of hoagy splicing like they did not know what they were doing, and The ECU is shot! So I want to go back to a 1986 because all my switches and column switches would hook up. Pretty much a lot of garbage wrong!! It is iritating, and it is a two wheel drive truck a 1986, so I am going to use a 4 wheel dirve 1986 harness?

I am no expert at all, but it would seem a better idea to get a new ecu and harness from a 90 to match your engine and splice in the parts you need from an 86 harness to make everything else work. No matter what, it will require a custom harness. Have you sat down with a wiring diagram from both and compared the two?
Again, I am no expert at all in this area, as I have never even looked at an 86 efi truck.

Ok so to make your 86 4x4 AT harness work on your 1990 2wd MT, you'll need all the 86 version sensors that have plugs that differ from the 90. You need to make sure all the sensors for an 86 fit in the mounting places on the 90. And you will still have the problem of it's an AT harness/ecm in a MT vehicle, You don't have the solenoid sensors and they can't be faked without a custom engineered addon computer.
Is your 4x4 tranny and transfer case healthy? Someone might correct me but I'm thinking you can run it without a front shaft.

Being two different generations of trucks, I would go with the 86. Even though they share alot of the same components and the wiring is 95% the same, there will be different color wiring. Check the TPS,AFM,clock,Igniter, or several of the other circuits, but the ones I just listed I am sure there is going to be 3 different wire colors and then you will need both diagrams to connect the blue wire to a green wire to make something work for example.
Changing harnesses is not the nightmare that it is let on to be. You will need to pull the dash and ventilation and I like to pull the fenders to make it alittle easier.
