That looks like as much vibration as all three (3) 22res I have owned. The exhaust shaking at the end of the first video could be from broken or damaged exhaust hangers.

o2 sensor?

those two things gave me a rough idle, but even with it tuned as good as it was gonna get - it still had a bit of a vibration. I just think that's the way it is.

when's the last time you serviced the timing chain?

better yet, does the timing jump around a little at idler if you put a light on it?

if it does, pull the valve cover off and check those guides

I hear a little noise; could be from chain-slap

Get some starter fluid and check your vacuum hoses. All of them.

That's perplexing.

Clean your MAF for the hell of it?

Ok judging from everything you said you checked and is ok and right i'd have to say shes starving for fuel and or air. Your engine like alot of old engine is running nervously. This is usually caused from lack of fuel and or air. This is sometimes caused by vac leaks. Your sure your motor mounts are ok? Check fuel pressure. You sure your idle a timing are right? If you think so what are they? A stock 22re runs best at about 12 degrees BTDC and about 800+ idle. Any fuel leaks? Egr valve can also cause this prob. Does it have hesitation and or miss a beat upon drving ranges? There is also another thing, have you done the clutch in this truck? If so please tell me you didn't put a lightwieght flywheel on it.... because then thats why. Personally to be honest what your truck is doing is not really threating. Have you adjusted the valves? And make sure you do it hot.

Did you ever figure this out?

I have the exact same problem. It seems like every few seconds I have a hiccup that causes the engine/truck to shake. Compression, timing and valves are good. Fuel delivery seems good, and I can't figure out whats going on.

The only thing left looks to be a sticking exhaust valve but my head was just redone about 4k ago.

Could be a clogged or dirty injector.
