Painting my 4runner?
I have a good deal in getting my 4runner painted, thing is, I have to sand it, my question is, what type of sandpaper do I use to get the clear coat off, its pealing all over the truck? I have no dents or body work that needs to be done, just sand... Thanks

Also depends on whether you have the original pain or not. You really don't need to wet sand it initially, that's more for repeated coats of paint. Dry sand it like toyo said and fill in any defects.

if you hit metal anywhere, apply some primer in a color similar to your paint tone or tint.
when you start having to use primer, wet sand in that area with 800.
