ToyotaPartsZone.com
Toyotapart.com
toyotapartscheap.com
OEMParts123.com
Villagetoyotaparts.com
Toyotapartsdiscounters.com
USAtoyotaparts.com
Dealerdirectparts.com

Most of my best prices (once you figure in shipping) have been with either OEMparts123.com or villagetoyotaparts.com.

Except for the fact they don't have the part diagrams anymore.

I use toyotapartsoverstock.com most of the time. Generally, I search google by part number by both w/o and w/ the dash.

And I use toyodiy.com to look up by VIN (most accurate resource I've found), and then type the part numbers it gives you into google -- toyotapartsoverstock is one of just a handful to allow you to look up by part number and not just part name... Pretty great if you ask me.

Should add a that a big bonus of searching by part number is that sometimes parts appear as discontinued in a vehicle-specific catalog, they're available in another vehicle's catalog -- or you're able to find the replacement, newer production, or swappable (same parts that appear under several different part numbers for whatever reason) that way as well. You have to use the full 10 digit or so part number (just not the first 5), but it's a great search/locating tool as it only finds the exact part you need.

It's happened to me a dozen times or so with clips and clamps and such. Yesterday I was able to find an oil cooler hose clamp that was defective by parts number that was discontinued in the vehicle-specific catalog... And ordering online has new parts costing just a little more than what you'd pay at the junkyard -- and definitely comes in cheaper (most of the time) once you consider the time, trouble, and deteriorated part condition when pulling from a junkyard...

What works for me is to have three browser tabs open.

1. Toyomotorparts.com for diagrams

2. Toyotapartszone.com for full part numbers and to also cross check which of my parts are on other vehicles. Some critical parts can be found on other cars and that site lets you see all vehicles that part number is used on. For example my TPS 89452-12040 is found on certain camry's, mr2's, tercels, 4runners, previas, celicas, t100, corollas, etc...It makes it much easier to grab one from the yard.

3. Partznet.com/conicelli toyota to order my parts. They don't charge me tax, free shipping over $100, and they sometimes have 5-10% coupon codes available.

I also look to Rockauto.com and amazon.com to order Aisin, NGK, Denso, Bando, and any other original equipment part manufacturer parts.

If there is one site that gives diagrams, full part numbers, and allows cross checking of parts on all vehicles please enlighten me because it is a pain to do that.

Hope this helps people out.
