Oil pump gear question
I can not seem to find any info on how this oil gear is supposed to be set up I see that the both of them have an arrow on them but will not line up correctly I think either it is one tooth before or after but the two will not line up together also is there a point that they should line up too on the house that I am not seeing?

I don't think it really matters to be honest
I searched till I was tired of searching, and finally just said screw it, and did like Jay said just to be safe, lined em up close, and then bolted the sum-bish on
There's more teeth on the outter gear than on the inner gear, so they're goin to get out of sync anyhow...

Ya I was thinking it should not matter because they turn differently anyway but thought I would ask in case there was a reason or purpose from them to be out of line with each other. Thanks Guy's
