Does anyone know the part # for a heated oxygen sensor?

Sure. 89465-39745 is a part number for "a" heated oxygen sensor.

But whether it would fit your vehicle depends on a few things you haven't told us.

That's backwards. If sensor 1(upstream) were located at, or near, the exhaust manifold there would be no need for it to be heated. If sensor 2(downstream) were located after the TWC(not at, or near, the exhaust manifold), then it would need to be heated.

However, in this case, both would need to be heated. Due to the location of the TWC. Essentially, because they would both be in the "downstream"(not at, or near, the exhaust manifold) position. Since sensor 1 is already located away from the exhaust manifold in the exhaust pipe just before, and upstream of, the TWC. So sensor 2 would need to be located just after, and downstream of, the TWC(even further away from the exhaust manifold).
