Anyone dealt with NWOR recently?

I seem to be one of the few that bought headers and a Y pipe from them YEARS ago.... 10+ now...

well the Y pipe and fancy globe joints are rusted out. There website claims limited lifetime warrentee.

what do you think? Think they would replace the Y pipe after 10+ years?

NWOR has a bad reputation for warranties, but I've also heard from people who have bought and had warranty claims without any issues...

If you do call 'em, do you mind asking if they still sell a catalog? I want to buy some goodies for my 4Runner, but I hate calling them just to ask prices and not buy anything.

I called them shortly after i posted back in 2013 and asked them about the warentee. The guy laughed at me on the phone.

When i quoted the receipt info over the phone I was the oldest customer he had ever dealt with. As a side note he asked me what i payed for the headers back in 2001. He laughed and said they were over twice that today.

The truck went to the custom exhaust shop and had the globe joints cut off and new exhaust fabricated from that point back.

I had their house brand tri-y headers bought in 1993 2 weeks after my girlfriend and I bought our truck. It was leaking all the time since then because they didn't have one for the 1993 and gave me a 1992. I finally changed it last year when one of the joints rusted on stainless steel and a leak develop at the exhaust port. I replaced it with one from LC Engineering when I did the timing chain. Thought about seeking a replacement under warranty but after reading many posts I said not worth my time.
