no power

i just rebuilt my 22r about 6 months ago and ever since then it has had no power until it warms up after that it is fine any suggestions?

22r or 22RE?

How does it idle?

22r carb. it is hard to start and idles rough then the warmup cycle kicks in and it idles fine after about 10 min it is good to go

mine used to do that when the choke did not function.
