No more street tires!
Just got my new to me mud tires mounted on the rig. They came with Nissan 6 lug rigs. The center holes were too small so I ground them out. Then the inner part was JUST barely too small to clear the drum and caliper Sooo i had to pay to get them on. Two Dunlop MudRovers and two BFG KM (guy claimed they were KM2 but I'm not sure, doesn't really matter though) 31x10.5 at about 50% tread fro $150. Mounting and balance was $90 since they had to take them off the Nissan rims. They are loud and can feel a little power loss for sure but look much better than the Uniroyal "All-Terrains" I had on it (31x10.5s) Next weekend I'll get to test them out

Take it back to the tire shop. That many weights is not good. What would be done at the tire shop I used to work at, you would mark the tire, bust the bead and rotate it 90 degrees, then re-balance.

or put un-modified Toyota rims on it...
Sweet 4Runner BTW... You better be GLAD I haven't won the lottery yet... B/c I'd be on a plane with a boat load of cash to hand you for that thing...
Hold the Warn's though I'll let you keep those.

And they are just stock steal Toyota rims painted black.
Whats wrong with the Warns? They came already on the truck and havent had a problem with them in 10Ks. Eventually I will probably get AISINs, but there are more important matters to address. Them and the CB antenna mount are the only chrome on my rig.

yea those are the older BFGs. i got my set of older 35x12.50 BFG muds and one was wore unevenly really bad. they had a littel over 8lbs of weight on one. it rode horrible. then i got a diff set of tires fro that truck, and pu tthese on another set of used wheels unbalanced and they ride 10x better. looks good though!

My truck feels 10x better with these tires on it. One of the BFGs is a little unevenly worn and a little more worn than the other one. Thats why I put them up front because I will have the hubs unlocked all summer except for when I'm wheelin. I think my truck feels better because it doesnt have this insane whobble-shake while driving now. And now I know it was a wheel. I was just about ready to start replacing U-joints.

Don't worry about those WARN hubs, mine came on my truck and I have tested them routinely (even in salt water) without fail. They're also a bit easier to take apart and maintain in my opinion.
