no heater blower

Ok guys i searched every no blower post i could find on all yota boards. I know my resister is bad but i have tried a known good one from other truck. My problem is no power to fuse behind glove box. My speed selecter switch is good, my relay pulls in when i turn on fan. II have power to coil side of relay... But there is no power going to relay to that goes to fuse to go to blower. I checked every fuse in panel and under hood. I looked at wireing schematics for were power comes from that feeds relay and its the same circuit as hazards and they work. Its not the relay because its not getting power to it only to coil side wich always has power, selecter switch feeds ground to relay wich pulls coil in. Is there a fusible link that i dont know about? Also it is a 91 pu no ac extended cab with 3.4 swap. I did all work myself so i know what was messed with. Heat worked monday and didnt work on tuesday. Also im an electrician so i know my meter and electrical circuits very well. So let me know what u guys have done to fix similar problem. Im about to run my own power to the damm relay to get my heat and defrost back!! Please dont tell me try a new resistor or tru a different blower or selector switch i know they arent the problem i tested them all thougholy. I have a lack of power condition. Also my truck has 320,000 miles on the chassis if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance.
